Delivery Site Prep Checklist

To prepare for your scheduled delivery, please make sure the following are in place before our driver arrives:

  • 🅿️ Clear Access: All vehicles, trailers, or other obstacles must be moved from the delivery path.

  • 🌳 Trim Overhanging Branches: Ensure trees and shrubs will not block or scratch the truck or trailer.

  • 🚪 Open Gates & Secure Pets: Make sure gates are unlocked and animals are secured.

  • 🛻 Solid Ground: The path to your drop-off point must be firm and stable. Avoid soft dirt, mud, or grass during wet weather.

 


 

⚠️  Important Disclaimers

By placing an order with Bezzemi Logistics, you agree to the following:

  • We are not responsible for damage to:

     

    • Tree limbs, fences, or landscaping near the delivery path

    • Driveways or surfaces not designed for heavy vehicle access

    • Lawns or turf that sink, crack, or rut from tire or trailer weight

     

  • If a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed due to:

     

    • Blocked access

    • Unsafe terrain

    • Customer unavailability

     

    A rescheduling fee or second delivery charge may apply.

  • If our trailer or truck becomes stuck on your property, the customer will be responsible for:

     

    • Towing or recovery service costs

    • Any damage to our vehicle or equipment caused by unprepared delivery conditions

We proudly serve San Antonio, Converse, and the surrounding areas. If you’re outside this region, contact us to discuss your needs – we may be able to accommodate special requests.

Booking is easy! You can book your date and time for drop off and haul away here on our website. You can also request a quote directly on our website or call or text us at 1 (833)-693-8679. We even have a live chat here on our website on the bottom right side in red. Once we confirm the details of your project, we’ll schedule a date and time that works best for you.

We specialize in delivering landscaping materials like gravel, river rocks, mulch, and sand. For hauling, we can handle debris, junk removal, and other non-hazardous materials. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask – we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Delivery & Returns

Below are some common questions about delivery, returns, and exchanges

All material sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges on landscaping materials (gravel, sand, mulch, etc.). Due to the nature of these products, once delivered, they cannot be returned. Please ensure you order the correct quantity before placing your order.

Yes! We allow free rescheduling if you notify us at least 5 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery. If rescheduling is requested less than 5 hours before the scheduled time, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

For dump trailer rentals and deliveries, cancellations must be made at least one day in advance to receive a partial refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee).

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

For materials, all sales are final, and cancellations after order processing are not allowed.
