Bezzemi Logistics Terms of Service

Welcome to Bezzemi Logistics. By using our website, services, and products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. Services Provided
Bezzemi Logistics offers material sales and delivery, dump trailer rentals, and junk removal services in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
• Delivery of landscaping materials (gravel, sand, mulch, etc.)
• Dump trailer rental for customer-loaded haul-away
• One-shot junk removal services
• Hauling of residential and contractor waste to disposal sites
By using our services, you acknowledge that Bezzemi Logistics is solely responsible for transporting materials and waste, and does not provide manual labor for loading or unloading unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking & Payment
• All payments must be made in full before any service is scheduled.
• For junk removal services, a quote will be provided first, and payment is required before the job begins.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, or other methods specified at checkout.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure smooth operations, our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:
• Material Sales Are Final: No refunds, returns, or exchanges on delivered materials.
• Dump Trailer & Delivery Cancellations:
• 24+ hours in advance: 80% refund (20% retained as a cancellation fee).
• Less than 5 hours before service: Non-refundable.
• Reschedules: Free if requested at least 5 hours before scheduled time.
• Junk Removal Cancellations:
• Before arrival: No charge.
• Upon arrival: $50 service fee.
• No-show: $75 service fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, customers agree to:
• Provide accurate information regarding material delivery, junk removal, and trailer placement.
• Ensure a safe and accessible work area (Bezzemi Logistics is not responsible for damages to driveways, yards, or structures caused by trailer placement or material dumping).
• Load trailers in compliance with weight limits (maximum 4,000 lbs / 2 tons per trip). Overloaded trailers may result in cancellation without refund.
• Dispose of hazardous items responsibly – all additional dump fees for tires, paint, mattresses, appliances, and hazardous materials will be passed to the customer.
5. Liability & Damage Waiver
• Bezzemi Logistics is not responsible for damages to property (including driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or underground utilities) caused by normal operation of our trucks, trailers, or delivered materials.
• Customers assume all responsibility for proper use of the dump trailer during rental periods, including ensuring it is not overloaded or improperly loaded.
• Bezzemi Logistics reserves the right to refuse service if we determine the conditions are unsafe or if a customer violates these terms.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion, including but not limited to:
• Unsafe loading conditions
• Failure to comply with local waste disposal regulations
• Non-payment or fraudulent transactions
7. Changes to Terms of Service
Bezzemi Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
