All Material Sales Are Final

All landscaping materials, aggregates, and delivered products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased. Please double-check your order before placing it to ensure you receive the correct materials.

Dump Trailer & Delivery Service Cancellations

We understand that plans change, and we strive to be flexible while also protecting our business operations. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

🔹 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at no extra charge if you notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

🔹 Cancellations (with Refunds):

• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund 80% of your payment (20% will be retained as a cancellation fee).

• Cancellations made within 5 hours of your scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.

🔹 No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time and we are unable to complete the service, your payment is non-refundable.

Junk Removal Cancellations

Since junk removal pricing is quoted before final payment, cancellations are handled differently:

🔹 Rescheduling: You may reschedule for free if you notify us at least 6 hours before your appointment.

🔹 Cancellations (After a Quote Has Been Accepted):

• If you cancel before we arrive, no payment will be charged.

• If you cancel upon arrival, you will be charged a $50 service fee for our time and travel costs.

🔹 No-Shows: If we arrive and you are unavailable, you will be charged a $75 service fee.
